Commenting on the developing news from Russia, ALDE Party President Hans van Baalen MEP said: “It is with regret that I hear the news from our ALDE Party member party in Russia PARNAS that the chair of their youth wing Mikhail Konev was today kidnapped from the military registration and enlistment office in Moscow. His location remains unknown.

ALDE Party President Hans van Baalen MEP spoke at the opening of the Congress and praised the work of the four MRF MEPs in the European Parliament, noting that the MRF Party’s Youth Chairmain and MEP Ilhan Kyuchyuk was elected a member of the ALDE Party Bureau at the Congress in Budapest in November 2015.
