Ilhan Kyuchyuk: The mission of ALDE Party in Albania is in progress. Yesterday I had a meeting with potential partners from Legality Movement Party.
I also had a very productive and fruitful meeting with Albanian minister of Justice Etilda Gjonaj. We talked about ongoing justice reforms and the fight against corruption.
I had the opportunity to meet Vasilka Hysi, Deputy speaker and chair of subcommittee of human rights. We had a constructive discussion about electoral reform and parliamentary dimension of our cooperation.
I also met members of political opposition in Albania. We talked about challenges ahead of democracy in the country. I believe that every opinion should be respected.
