According to Kyuchyuk, national-level consensus and unity will lift Bulgaria out of the cycle of crises and enable the country to achieve the desired success on the European stage.
MEP Ilhan Kyuchyuk hosted a visit from Bulgaria, during which members and supporters of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) from Sevlievo, along with students from Vidin, visited the European Parliament. The students are top performers in an annual competition held in memory of Ventsislav Stanev, the long-serving principal of Tsar Simeon Veliki High School in Vidin.
During the visit, the guests learned about the workings of the European Parliament and had the opportunity to meet with the Bulgarian MEP. The liberal leader commented on topics concerning the political landscape in Europe and Bulgaria, foreign policy, as well as the EU’s positions on current issues such as the war in Ukraine, the energy crisis, and inflation.
“Bulgaria’s place in Europe’s political landscape should be central. Every day, we must work toward lifting the country out of this cycle of crises. Only through consensus and national unity can we achieve the success we seek on the European stage,” Kyuchyuk stated firmly.
